Life goes on (open)

Kitsune walked around the earth looking for Artik as she was supposed to be guarding him. She ran into princess Krageta, the former ruler of the saiyans. though she didn't say it herself, she knew that Krageta wasn't thrilled with the idea of her throne being taken.

Krageta looked at the half breed rava saiyan. the fox parts were not hard to pick out. with Ares being carried on her back, and Mako walking next to her. Krageta glared she wanted artik off of her throne. Ares could sense that his mother was upset, as Ares got down off his mother's back and walked with Mako into the toy store.

"Can I help you princess Krageta?"

"Its Queen to you, I am still a royal of saiyans." Krageta spoke coldly.

Kitsune knew that she shouldn't have said anything. but she was looking for artik. Kitsune went to walk past Krageta, but the saiyan princess kick Kitsune in the stomach sending her flying into a wall. Ares held little Mako's hand while watching his mother. Kitsune growled at Krageta.

"Tell Artik to return the throne. Or I will take it by force. And I know my one friend he knows will back me up." Krageta said coldly as she turned her head looking at her child with a smile.

"You will never take it from King Artik! I won't allow it!" Kitsune growled, running at Krageta charging up her ki; but she was knocked to the ground.

"I use to train with prince vegeta, and my husband. Try again!" Krageta kicked her in the side with all her strength sending her flying into the wall again. Kitsune laid there.

Artik was in the area, showing his son, Auron, around. "So, you shapeshifted the orange from your skin," Artik asked, slightly disappointed.

"Yeah," Auron said simply, monotonous and emotionless as usual. A bit weird for a six-year-old. But he's the spawn of Artik and Space Cat Princess. Supposed to be a bit weird, right? Right.

Artik sensed a disturbance. There was a fight. He stuck his black and red crown on Auron's head. Auron followed his father cautiously. He stormed in and saw two women fighting. He picked the weaker up and floated, surging his ki, speaking to the other. "Stop harming one another," his eyes were glowing white, "or I will show you--- wait, Krageta, he asked the woman he was yelling at. His eyes stopped glowing, "what are you," he set down the unfamiliar woman, "fighting for?" He blinked at the slightly foxlike woman, sensing something he hadn't for, perhaps, billion of years, sensed,"and why do you feel like a Solar Saiyan?"

Makoto walked over next to Artik. "She is a solar saiyan you idiot!" Makoto beckoned for Riza to follow him. The father and son looked between Krageta and the other woman. Riza walked up between the two and held his hands out. "Stop fighting right now before I kick both your asses!" Makoto couldn't help but feel a sense of pride.

Krageta stared at Kitsune, Krageta stepped away from Artik before he could touch her. She stared at him and then looked down at his and cheshire's son. She didn't understand why Artik wasn't with Cheshire, or even having her with him alot. Kitsune stood up getting behind artik.

"I was charged with guarding you King Artik. I am Kitsune, a Solar saiyan and fox rava from Vegeta." Kitsune said bowing her head, but Krageta kicked her in her head sending the young girl flying into the wall.

Kitsune growled as she started to show ehr saiyan and rava pride. Krageta looked at Artik though as Ares and Mako were watching, Ares didn't really care for his uncle after he stole the throne away from his mother. He held onto Mako's hand knowing to stay out of this. KRageta watched as the girl was baring her teeth, Krageta stared at her with such cold eyes there could have been a blizzard in the air. Krageta turned to Artik staring at him.

"I guess stilling the throne wasn't enough. Had to take away almost everything artik. Shame, just finding out you were my sibling. Kinda disturbed, as how you survived and then took the throne from me. Do you even know how to run a planet?" KRageta asked, she didn't bow and she would never bow to him.Krageta turned to Makoto and Riza that just showed up, with a look that told him to back off. "I hope you treat our people well. cause once you don't. I am sure they will return to me." Krageta's pride was taking over.

"Anyway artik, cheshire and I need you to get the property north of here on the cliff meadow side. We are turing the large ship into a duplex. so we can take care of the children, and have a peaceful place for them to train." Krageta said calmly, she knew that her temper was flaring that was the last thing she needed.

Artik thought he knew Krageta. Rational, gentle. But here she was, letting that damn Saiyan pride take over. Hurting another being. Insulting him. "Krageta, we aren't relates. Your mother was a vessel through which I was reborn. We aren't related. As for ruling," he sighed, "I was the first king, you know. A million lifetimes ago, I ruled the first Saiyans. The first Saiyan Planet. Vegis Solaris, they called it." He laughed lightly at the Latinistic name. "I was the Sun King. The Solar King. Or have you forgotten your histpry?" He strode over to Kitsune, his magneficent robes flowing. "I'm Artik," he helped her up, "are you alright?" He sighd somewhat happily. "You had a Solar Saiyan parent?" The prospect was astounding. He hugged the girl and turmed to Makoto and Riza. "Fun!"

Auron walked over to Riza, "What's new?"

Makoto listened to Krageta's little rant and looked over at her. "Krageta. Please shut up, your pathetic."

Riza looked between everyone and then turned to Auron. "I honestly don't know...but from what I have seen is that at the moment everyone here is an idiot except for us."

Krageta heard the words vessel. Even though she tried to remain calm but his words made her more angry. "Vessel...artik...u were born from my mother. thus being you are my sibling. And if you refer to our mother as a vessel again, I will be having a talk with cheshrie about how you would call a mother just a vessel." Krageta said knowing that cheshire wouldn't be thrilled with those words. "First king my ass. I know the line backwards and foreward. Thus your past life doesn't count if you were reborn. And like I said, if you refer to our mother again as a vessel, heaven help you." Krageta saw that she was losing her temper a bit. Ares and Mako came out of the store with their bag of toys, walking over to KRageta. Krageta looked up at Riza.

"Riza please do come to the house sometime. I got a present for you." Krageta smiled, she saw Makoto, seeing that he was back she was worried now. "I need to go before I lose my temper." Krageta said picking up Mako. She held Ares hand giving Riza a slight huug. patting Makoto on the arm. she wasn't going to bow to anyone. but then she paused with Makoto's words. Ares frowned at his cousin Makoto, a man his mother once spoke very highly of. Mako stared at Makoto while being on Krageta's hip.

"Is he papa?" Mako asked.
Krageta nodded her head. "But he is being a really big idiot right now, as I am trying to cool down. His words aren't helping. Lets go see Melody after this, we got the herbs." KRageta smiled at Mako and Ares.


Kitsune nodded her head to artik as Krageta walked passed them a few steps before grabbing a rock and giving it to Ares. Kitsune bowed her head to Artik and nodded her head. "My father was a solar saiyan and my mother is a rava. I was assigned to you, through the army. Since no one would suspect a rava to guard you. I am alright. a few hard blows won't keep me down." She was a bit sore. but she felt she would live as Krageta seemed to be not putting her full strength in it.

Ryuga was hot on the trail of his brother and fathers energy trail. His mind raced at this point, because not only were their energies present but several other high energies. Ryuga wondered what he had gotten himself into, but it was too late to turn back now.

"Father don't die again." Ryuga said aloud to himself. He finally reached them stunned by who was present, so many children present he thought to himself. Even though he, himself is just a child. He glided his way over to his father's side. "Father who are all these people, more importantly who is the little one who resembles you?" Ryuga said as his wavy black hair flowed in the breeze, green eyes shining from the rays of the sun.

Makoto looked at Mako. Some surprise danced across his eyes but he was mostly expressionless. He motioned for Riza to follow. Riza followed his aunt and looked at Mako. It was no doubt his brother. As everyone left Makoto noticed a vein on his arm was black. He pulled his shirt down to cover it and went inside.

Krageta turned and looked at Riza. Seeing Makoto, she was happy to see him but the two fo them sometimes push each others buttons. Mako reached out for his older brother like a high five but still holding onto KRageta. But then her head turned to a new kid that came up to Makoto calling him father. That is when Krageta paused looking at Makoto. She turned her head sideways looking at the young child. But then her attention went to Makoto as she realized his family was growing larger and larger. but Makoto seemed to ignore his other son that showed up that Krageta didn't know.

"Hello, I'm Krageta. is Makoto your dad?" KRageta asked with a smile. Mako looked at Makoto and laughed. "Makoto. Come over here. What are your hiding? Got some good boys here." Krageta smiled at them trying to change her mood. Ares looked up at his cousin Makoto getting a bad idea.

Ryuga turned his attention to the woman speaking to him. "Oh are you speaking to me ma'am? My name is ryuga Im Riza's twin brother, well younger by a few minutes." He said floating closer to her. "My Father is makoto and my mothers name is Cera. She is acting queen on the planet vegeta right now!" He realized he was telling a total stranger his families life story, he had already said too much but thought he might as well mention it. "Oh yeah and Im what you call a child blessed with the legendary genetics. Im not too sure what that means." Ryu had a puzzled look on his face, no one had really explained anything he just mentioned to him. His mother had pretty much trained him to say it.

Ryu then turned his attention to his father and brother who had left him. "Figures they always leave me, I could have stayed home if I wanted this treatment." He said in a put out tone of voice.

Makoto turned around and smiled at Ryuga. He hadn't forgotten about him. "Come on!" He beckoned for his other son to follow." Makoto then looked at Krageta when she asked him about what he was hiuding. "Nothing.." He said in a suddenly dark tone, as he spoke his eyes flashed a bloody red." Dont worry about it."

Riza looked at his father and shuddered. He hoped that his aunt would drop it. He then turned to Ryuga. Riza ran over and grtabbed his twin by the arm. He pulled the boy over to Krageta. "He is my twin!" Riza said happily.

Krageta looked at Ryuga. "Wow another legendary in the family. I am Krageta, I am your father's great aunt well way back aunt. but this is Mako your little brother, his mother Melody is sick right now. And this is my son Ares." Krageta smiled, she looked at Riza wondering if her remembered her. "Good to see you back makoto. Nice to see you two. You all should come to stein's house later. We are gonna try and have a family meal if Melody is awake." Krageta smirked.

As ryuga is being pulled by his brother he manages to catch part of what she says. "Nice to meet you kid, Im sure we will get better acquainted later." It felt like with everyone word Riz's pull and grip became stronger. "Not so hard Riz, your going to tear my arm out of its socket." His eyes widened and ears perked up at the sound of food. He then began to pull his brother back to the woman. "Did you say food, I love food. What kind of food are we having, will there be deserts? How much can I eat, because I put food away pretty fast aunt, er what was your name again?" Ryu was always the talkative one but he had never been so chatty in his life. Then again the only company he had ever known was his bitter mother. "Oh yeah and whose melody." He said it loud enough for his father and pretty much everyone to hear.

Makoto froze. "Wait wait wait...what do you mean Melody is sick?" Riza looked at his father. Riza then remembered that Makoto had not learned about Melody's condition, considering Makoto was already freaking out this was not going to go well." He looked at Krageta and gave her a look that said, "Deal with this NOW!" Riza heard about the food. "Food! Oh oh oh! Like seafood? I love crabs...are there going to be shrimp? Eel? SUSHI? I love sushi! Please tell me there will be Sushi!"

"Ares go talk to your cousins. Take Mako with you." Krageta explained, she placed down Mako, giving him to Ares. Ares looked up at his tall cousins whom were tall compared to him. Krageta walked over to Makoto not really wanting to bring up the whole thing to Mako. Grabbing his hand she pulled him aside away from the children. "Makoto...I am happy you are back. Just was hoping you would be back after she was healed." Krageta explained sadly. "Melody's insides are having trouble, and she is having problems breathing on land as well. Frankie, DR Stein if you remember is treating her. she has gotten better. but her body is really week. It happened a little after Mako was born. Please don't freak out, don't scream, cause right now all she needs is happy and good feelings for her." Krageta explained hoping Makoto would listen. "Cheshire comes over to give Stein a break and watch so he can get some sleep and research. But...her condition isn't too good. Stein fears that if we can't cure it in less than a year. your son Mako might not have his mtoher at his 6th birthday."



Ares looked up at his cousins Ryuga and Riza. Mako stayed behind Ares as Ares was left to take care of him. "Lots of food. seafood is always on the table. DR Stein lives on a beach."

Ryu was confused as ever, and as of now is just trying to follow along. "I don't understand any of this Riz."

Makoto stood there silently. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath. "Excuse me for one moment Krageta..." Makoto left the building and stood outside. FUUUUCK!!!" He yelled. He then shot a gigantic ki blast into the sun, the sun itself flared violently from the impact and addition of so much extra energy, the tempature on earth skyrocketed to 150 degrees for a fraction of a second before returning to normal. Makoto walked back inside, much more calm. "So she is sick.....Can I at least see her?"

Riza cringed as he felt the heat. He knew his father must not have taken the news well. He then turned to Ryuga. He whispered in his ear as to not upset Mako. "Melody is dad's lover. She is very sick and close to dying, he hadn't been told yet."

Mako looked up at his brothers. Ares though didn't say anything for a moment, but watched his mtoher. since his father was out in space doing his training travel for a couple years, he would be home soon he hoped. "But there is going to be an awesome cake, and my friend Shiki is gonna be there. She is a bit older than me. but she is blind so don't be alarmed when you show up."

Krageta looked at Makoto when he came back. she knew he wouldn't take the news too well. "Yes you can, but she has to stay in the water. so please don't bring up her dying around Mako. There is still hope she can be cured." Krageta told him in a low voice sadly.

Ryu whispered to Riz. "Then I guess I shouldn't mention that mom is coming to check up on me in a few days should I? He probably wouldn't like that very much." Ryu went through the countless possibilities of what that trip could bring. Genocide is almost certain, another sibling pretty much guaranteed. When he thought of the next possibility he began to feel sick. What if they decide to talk about the good old days, and how much they loved each other. The thought of someone like his mother, with someone like his father still gave him head aches.

"Ill never understand what she saw in him, but who am I to judge." He said to himself. "So this melody, is she ya know easy on the eyes?" he asked with hope that she would be at least close to his mother in looks.

Makoto clenched his fists slightly. "I know she can be cured. I will cure her the same way I cured you." Makoto looked out the window. "The dragon balls....I will find them again." He turned around and looked at Krageta. "So his name is Mako?" Makoto gave a small laugh. "Makes me feel a little self centered to have my kid named after me." He then softened his expression. "So...does he know about me at all?"

Riza looked at Ryuga. "....You do realize that if Melody and our mom meet then everyone here is going to die right?" Riza looked around to make sure the adults weren't listening and then whispered to Ryuga. "Oh yeah...Melody is really hot. Daddy knows how to get the lookers."

Ares raised a brow to Ryuga as Mako frowned at his older brother. "Cous, she is beautiful, even as beautiful as my mother. but she isn't up for dating young people." Ares smirked, he was a sly child. He reminded Krageta of his dad sometimes.
"Ares...I hungry..." Mako said playing with his toy. But the moment that Riza spoke about Melody and everyone dying, he lowered his head as his dragon ears lowered a little. Ares patted Mako on the head and then looked at his cousins.
"Where do you live?" Ares asked.


Krageta looked at Makoto, she never thought of the dragon balls. but his next question, she nodded her head. "yes his name is Mako, It was Melody and mine's idea. and he knows a little about you. Me and Melody kept speaking highly of you, talking about the good times instead of the bad. Rather him not know his father's old bloody side." Krageta said softly looking over at the children. She could see Ares being a little smart ass.

Ryu then like a sly fox replied. "Yeah he can land them, but keeping them ehhhh not so much. I don't know if you know this riz, but our dad tends go for they psycho's mom tried to kill him a few times. And with his anger problems, I think you and I are lucky to have lived this long with those two" Ryu then began laughing to himself. "Doesn't date young people he says, yeah well if she is anything like my mom she is bat shit insane along with beautiful. Cous that is a dangerous mix." Ryu then shifted to mako. "So your my little brother?" he said as he picked him up. "My names ryu and I am starving so lets eat!" He said as he dashed to the house child in hand.

Riza picked up Ares and followed his brothers. Makoto turned around and saw the children running in. He turned to Krageta. "We can talk about this again later."

Riza smiled and took Mako from Ryuga and pushed him up to their father.

Makoto got down on his knees and smiled happily at his son. "So your Mako? I have heard a lot about you." Makoto ruffled the child's hair and laughed. "You do look like me that is for sure."

Ares felt someone pick him up, he punched Riza in the face seeing Mako being pushed in front of Makoto. He got free and ran over to Mako doing what he promised Melody and his mom he would do. Krageta saw the cold look on her son's face, she patted his head and hugged his head with her hand against her leg. Letting him know it was alright. She looked at Riza. "Sorry should have warned you." Krageta warned as they were still standing in town. "Don't ever do that again. the children can run on their own. Ares promised Melody that he would stay near his cousin no matter what. so next time you do that, you might want to make sure he doesn't have something in his hand."

Mako looked at Makoto, his father. He didn't know whom the man was but he knew his name. Looking up at Krageta, he stood there as the man ruffled his hair. He stepped back pulling up his hoodie hood to cover his dragon ears.
"My name is Mako..." He said walking over and grabbing Krageta's hand. "Can we go see mama...?" Mako asked. Krageta nodded her head picking up Mako putting him on her waist.
