Relaxing

She narrowed her eyes suspiciously. "Alright....."

Akira shifted uncomfortably. "Don't look at me like that..."

"What? I'm not scary, am I?" She said, backing off.

"Sometimes......"

She sighed. "I'm just a girl. How is that scary? Look, you could destroy me with the flick of your finger if you wanted to. You shouldn't let intimidation bother you."

"I'm not a fighter though...."

"You sound like Sirius." She teased.

"How so?"

"He doesn't want to be a fighter. And he randomly spaces off."

Akira bit her finger. "It isn't that I don't want to be a fighter. I do but....I just don't have the aggression..."

"You don't have to be aggressive to fight."

"I guess..."

"Yep. You can do whatever you want if you put enough work into it."

"That's a lie...." She said sadly. "If it was I wouldn't be here."

"Why is that?"

"I want to have my family...yet I can't. No matter how much I want to."

Maynin didn't even point out that she had said 'do anything'. "Well....if you're here, maybe the Dragon could wish them here....."

"How can you wish for people who don't exist anymore?"

She shrugged. "Just thinking aloud."

"It's an impossibility."

"Okay, I get it." She snapped.

For the first time in her life Akira snapped  back. "Then leave it alone!"

Maynin almost replied the same way again before thinking better of it. She shrugged instead.

Akira's eyes widened. "I.....I'm sorry....."

"Meh. I'm used to it." She said flatly.
