Relaxing

Ro made a crystal castle. "I win."

"Can't argue with that."

The Outcasts howled disapproval.

Ro made a pack of crystal wolves that howled approvingly

Sirius shut each daedra up separately. "Hi Prize. Fortune, Please stop? Curtis, my ears."

Maynin walked over to Riza. "He has too much control. Even the wild animals listen."

"Should i kill him?"

"No, but it's...worrying. That's why I have to take care of him."

Sirius gave no sign of hearing as he was playing tag with the pack.

"So I should kill him is what I'm hearing."

"No!" Maynin wondered how to word this. "Look, he has a big influence, charm and stuff like that. Not to mention, everyone listens to the kid whose that perfect but shy. He could be...a help?"

"I see that as a threat and unnatural. People like that usually run out to be sociopaths who commit horrible atrocities."

"Thats why I'm worried. But it doesn't have to be that way. He can calm anyone, and that's good."

"Bullshit."

"Maybe not you, you've gotten to the point where you almost embrace your psychopathy." She stopped to collect her thoughts. "I've seen him walk up to lions, coyote, completely feral and wild animals, and sooth and train them with a single sentence. And that, scares me."

Yeaaaahhhh.....I'm not buying this. He's a kid that's good with animals. Whoopdie-fucking-doo. That's not exactly one of a kind."

"Then get an example." Maynin looked at him. "I'm psychotic, not crazy, I think I know what I'm talking about."

Riza began laughing. "No.....no you are not."

"Plus, I never said just animals. People too."

"When he can stop me or Amaterasu I will happily listen, but until then h is just a kid go calms people down cause they don't want to hurt a fucking kid......"

Maynin growled. "Do not swear on his name. He isn't a fucking kid, Riza. And besides, you completely destroyed any hope for yourself singlehandedly."

Sirius looked over.

"What gives you the right to judge me?" Said Riza, with quiet rage. "I will tell you something right now...." 

"Riza..." Said El quietly.

"You may not like me, you may despise me, you may hate everything I stand for. But don't you dare! Speak to me like that. I spent my life protecting everyone. If it weren't for me, you and the damn kid wouldn't be standing here!" He held out his arm and morphed it into its mutated form. "Do you know why I became what I did? I didn't do it for power, or some desire to murder. I did it to protect everyone! I gave up my humanity so that every last one of you god damn sentiments can walk around your normal lives and not worry about a damn thing! So don't you fucking ever judge me."

Maynin didn't even flinch. "Prove it to me Riza." After a moment she continued. "I don't hate you, please believe me when I say that. I'm not judging you, I'm simply showing you how you appear to others. Riza, what good is keeping everyone safe, when your feared yourself? Everyone starts thinking your a monster, and treat you a one. When they finally work up the courage to attack you, you feel betrayed and fly into a rage you can never escape. That's how you break, that's how you become a monster."

Riza smirked a little. "Really? That wasn't a rage. The fact that your still alive means that I am actually very calm. I honestly don't feel betrayed. In fact I expect it from everyone I'm around. Trusting people gets you hurt. Elite ing in people who don't deserve it will bring you misery. I learned that the hard way."

"That was only an example, of course I didn't mean you. You like the fear, and yes, good job, we are both pretty calm right now." She gave a small laugh. "You know, it's funny. You and Sirius are pretty much all I have, but at the same time, you two will most likely be my cause of death. That is, if I don't do anything stupid first."

Riza grunted. "Do what you want. I won't save you anymore. Apparently you don't need my help." He said as he began flickering

Maynin held out her hand. "I really don't like fighting with you Riza." She smiled. "Man, we really can't get along. I'm done arguing with you. You just need to understand that nothing will ever be safe ever, and that's something no one can do about it."

"So har your saying is that I made a sacrifice for nothing."
