Name of Tech: Crystal Shield

What it looks like: Use your mastery over ki to solidify it into a shield of pure crystallized ki.

Requirements:train with someone who knows it

Effects: block an attack for half stats. Can be used twice

RP Effects: need to have an extremely high ki mastery. Only way to get it is through genetic manipulation. People who have Riza's mutation for example are gifted with it.
