Name of Tech: Shatter Beam

What it looks like: A technique from an unknown, ancient race. A massive beam of energy shoots from your body and shatters on impact, causing more damage.

Requirements: 200,000,000 PL, 600 word post, research the acient runes on Elysium

Effects: the beam is one attack, the shattering effect counts as a second attack entirely
