Approx. 500 years ago Piccolo perfected this move and since then it has seen much use.

Requirements:75,000 PL; 30,000 Ki; 750 word post

Details: Using your index finger to gather as much ki as possible, you shoot forth two beams of ki one swirling around the other. It manages to drill through many opponents. x2.5 multiplier to ki attack
