"Ah, well, you see, the Oneiroi were somehow wished back with the rest of the planet when we came to this universe. I'm not sure why or how they were included in the mass regeneration but they were. Perhaps there were a few stragglers left and with the planet devoid of Seraphim they had the chance to repopulate." Cyril speculated.
