Grim tried it again, he formed a ball of Ki in his hands and then through it at the tree, this time it blew a pretty big chunck out of the tree.

"Hmm, again. Make it explode more."

Grim did the same shit again and made the ball of Ki flawless, he then through it at the tree and the tree exploded from existance.

"Nice. Now do it without ballet."

Grim did as Cyril said and formed a perfect ball of Ki and through it at another tree, the tree exploded.

"Excellent," Cyril said. He blinked. "What were we doing again?"

"Well you just taught me spirit ball, so that a Ki move, a Stamina move, why not a speed technique now like IT." Grim sugested.

Cyril shrugged, "You can do it right?" Cyril asked, not bothering to recall the requirements.

Grim nodded, "Yes I have all the requirements necessary to learn this."

"Alright. So have you ever had an out-of-body experience?"

Grim nodded, "Yep once when i was younger."

"Well it's nothing like that." Cyril told him.

"Figured."

"You have experience with pocket universes?"

"Nope."

"Figured." Cyril sighed, "Well, how I do it is enter a specific pocket universe, and exit it. The pocket universe greatly expands the distance you walk. Watch." Cyril disappeared and appeared behind Grim. "I just took a single step in the universe and it deposited me several meters ahead."

"How does this have to do with IT?" Grim asked

"Are you thick? You perform IT by stepping through a pocket universe. Here, watch." Cyril grabbed Grim and suddenly they were in a grim mockery of the area around them. Everything was gray and time seemed to have all but stopped.

"So these pocket universes alow me to travel over far distances in a matter of seconds. seems a little to good." Grim said.

"Well, they collapse if you spend much timein them." Cyril said, looking around, "And you have to find a new one each time to do it successfully." A few miles away the pocket universe began to fade. Cyril grabbed Grim and took him back.

"So, your telling me that the IT is simply useing pocket universes to travel." Grim asked.

"Yeah. That's how I do it anyway." Cyril nodded.

Grim curiouse of how this worked, he used his ki to sence were a pocket universe may or may not be. Grim thought he could feel one right next to him, he reached out and opened one. Grim slipped through the hole and came out behind Cyril.

"Great, it takes a bit of practice to do it fast enough to dodge anything though." Cyril said. "Let's get a spot of practice in." Cyril shot a ki blast at Grim.

Grim quickly dodged and appeared behind Cyril. Grim clutched his side, "Damn wasn't fast enough." A burn mark was scortched into grims side.
