An old hermit on Vegeta wanders around towns, claiming he can beat anyone in a fight. You wish to shut him up, and lose. You run off, frustrated, and train. Hard Eventually, you return and defeat him.

Req: 0PL, 400words
Gains: 1,000PL, Zenkai gains if Saiyan. Or, Galick Gun if Tuffle and can absorb techs.
