| Nutopia is a conceptual nation. Anyone and everyone can be a citizen, just by acknowledging its existance. As such, the Earth's Moon is now home to hundreds of hippies and businessmen and women tired of corporate greed.  There's no tax, so there's that. Also, despite there being no government (every citizen is an ambassador), Hideki Ryuzaki manages to be its leader. Official title: yogi. The current Yogi is: Ryuzaki
