| A ball of white energy no bigger than 3 feet dashed from the edge of the Lookout Tower. The physical shape of this energy resembling that of a comet. Fists clenched out before, Superman style, Chaz is seen soaring away from the Tower behind him. His demeanor has taken an immediately noticeable turn from indifferent to stern as he flies away from Artik and Cyril. He's sure that the heroes behind him were more than happy to prattle among one another about the circumstances of what just happened in West City, but Chaz had no interest in that. He saw a dragon, and an odd looking foe wished him away, and spent one wish affecting Chaz's power. Again, Chaz is glaring at the palm of his hand as he flies back down to Earth.
Chaz's thoughts I knew I couldn't use my powers once the Universe trembled from the Ravas' actions. But, I knew I would have to tap into them... Now they're gone... I can't feel them anymore...
He kept trying to soak in the fact that the power and money he has amassed has faded. It's offically gone. The recent actions in the universe have costed Chaz. Chaz has been accidentally thwarted by those around him. The world wasn't out to help him, the world wasn't out to avoid him, it was all a nuisance to him.
Chaz Darn it all!
Chaz curses aloud, wrenching his arm back before slinging it forward as a ki blast is slung from him into a dense forest from which he is hovering over at this point. The ki blast disappears into the tree lines before a fiery explosion blows a crater into the forest, a cloud of fire and smoke rising against the blue sky. Feeling no remorse, Chaz continues to glide across the earth, the trees collapsing and thumping the ground near the fresh enormous crater behind him only a couple of miles away from the Lookout Tower. Chaz comes to a gradual halt, shifting upwards while he hovers over the tree tops. I glances back, the marble pole of the Lookout Tower only a thin line on the horizon from this distance. Chaz's focus flickers over to Artik and Cyril at this point.
Chaz I wonder how Artik and Cyril were affected by the wish...
He stares at the thin Lookout Tower for a few seconds more, his eyes narrowing as he continues to think through the entire process of what exactly went on during the past hour. Artik was acting awfully strange, Chaz had never witnessed a Saiyan who backed down from a fight, even if it was for a more noble cause.
Chaz's thoughts Artik seemed to know what was going to happen. Cyril knew how important it was to be in West City, seeing how he made sure Artik didn't do anything without him... I was strung along for the ride. They all need to pay... I am not a casualty.
Chaz's line of thoughts were rudely interrupted by the gathering of Bandits that erupt from the plentiful plant life below. They may have been experts at hiding, and preparing for an ambush, but Chaz was a student of perception. Chaz immediately began to slow down, he allowed his thoughts to cloud his senses. This was one ambush he wasn't anticipating. He wasn't willing to give these guys too much time, he counted five, and noticed no visible weapons. Not that it would help these scruffy looking idiots in the least.
Bandit 1 Alright, hand over your valuables. You know the drill.
This guy had already assumed that Chaz was a local. People in this area must live in constant fear, Chaz must be closer to West City than he figured. His recent gain in speed has proven useful. Chaz has been quick on regaining his warrior status, his imposing power have been wished away, but he gained it once, he can do it again. These self absorbed heaps of trash clearly have no idea who Chaz is.
To Be Continued...

| It was difficult to lend these guys his attention when so many thoughts and questions rattled inside of Chaz's head. It's always one annoyance after another, all culminating into a massive headache that has the potential to be an obstacle in of itself for someone who focuses on psychic talent.
Bandit 2 I don't know, he don't look like no' local.
Chaz's Thoughts The one with the atrocious grammar is the first to recognize this. This is all pathetic. These guys aren't worth my time.
Without notice, Chaz leans forward, drifting away from the scene of the ambush set up by the poorly educated street thugs. One refuses to hesitate, it was a new face, one that hasn't spoken as of yet. He remains idle for a moment, hovering in Chaz's path with an insanely big grin.
Bandit 3 Well, don't he look like a kid to you? I can't imagine this little nugget having too much money.
The low breathy laughter of the other bandits were meant to serve as extra intimidation, but it only began to fuel Chaz's reason to put all of these guys down. He tilts his head slightly, giving the bandit a false sense of security with his innocent smile. His young features and small stature akin to a typical child.
Bandit 4 Ahhh, forget it. It's a kid, he's not worth all of this trouble. There's no way he could have anything of value, anyways.
Being mocked wasn't something Chaz was accustomed to. If he had not had other things to attend to, he wouldn't have cared one bit to make a fool of each and every one of these trashy morons. His childish demeanor had saved him yet again from another time wasting fight. He began to turn toward the general direction that West City was in, leaning over to take off, he suddenly felt a tight grip on his shoulder.
Bandit 3 Wait, kid. Before you go, you're going to give me something. That hat. The one strapped to your puny head, give it to me.
Chaz's smile had disappeared into a rather skin chilling frown before he glanced up at the bully bandit with his face beaming with a grin once more. His eyes slowly slid up as he viewed the front rim of the hat looming over his pale face.
Chaz My hat?
The large bandit standing as a blockade in front of Chaz glanced over toward his comrades with a smirk as if he was looking to impress some of them by picking on what he presumed to be a child. He bellows a deep throat laugh, one that Chaz found terribly annoying.
Bandit 3 I think he has a communication issue, guys. I know, maybe this guy is part parrot and he likes to repeat words that come out of people smarter than him!
Bandit 2 No way, buddy! Parrots are colorful!
Bandit 3 Shut it, you.
Mocked about his size, check. Mocked about his pale skin, check. Someone threatening to take his hat, check. Tolerance wasn't exactly Chaz's strong suit, but he always wanted to let his mind and patience be one of his biggest weapons. However, this may be the one time he will allow himself to feast on the fools that have belittled him here today. The bandit, feeling very over confident as he reached out to grasp the hat. His hand came within inches of Chaz's hat before Chaz's tiny pearl white hand lifted and flattened out. An explosion of ki erupted from his hand, engulfing the mouthy bandit. Chaz had no better feeling than when he caught a predator that had thought they caught him off guard and he found a way to instantly turn the tables. Chaz is a prey for no one. Especially these blithering bafoons.
Bandit 1 What the hell!? That's no kid!
The mouthy bandit had been seemingly erased from existence once the blast died down. Chaz remained motionless, that eerie grin glued to his pale face as he stared ahead with a stoic expression. There was no sense of regret or mercy, Chaz was completely comfortable with his actions. The mouthy bandit had been disintegrated before their very eyes within mere seconds.
Chaz Your friend is in the next dimension. I would like for anyone else to inform me whether or not they plan to attack me or steal from me. Chances are, you won't be able to lay a finger on me, but I was wanting to see if anyone here had any integrity at all.
A careful scan of the bandits' faces and posture was enough to evidence to convince Chaz that these guys were scared. They reeked of fear, and their senses had been addled by the sheer force of the ki attack. Chaz could only hover, smiling as if he were innocent of the entire ordeal.
Chaz I could kill every one of you. We will meet again. Hopefully someone will be worth killing by then. I have to go now. See you guys soon.
The disturbing warning hidden behind the innocent child-esque message was enough for most of the bandits to flee. The only one that remained was the bandit who had asked for no one to bother Chaz in the first place. He was clearly afraid, but standing his ground unlike the other weasels. Chaz turned, his eerie presence a problem no longer as he instantly disappeared out of sight. Most of it for theatrics as he reappeared below the tree line and continued his flight. In need of grading now, thanks. Edit: Not sure if this is mandatory or not but WC is 1599, just in case.

| Note- Chaz had halted in his flight to pick up a sensu bean at the town local item shop before hand. He took advantage of the many cities he was flying over. Being in such a world where rage can evoke hidden power, and brash actions allow ambushes, it's easy for any warrior to let emotions ride over calm strategy. As much as Chaz didn't want to admit it, he doubted the being that wished him to the Lookout Tower was still in West City. It was a waste of time to pursuit the stranger in the trashy West City district. The trick was to come to terms with this and find another goal to accomplish in the meantime. Chaz was sure he'd run into the wish-maker sometime in the future. With night approaching, the deserted wastelands weren't a bad place to settle down. There was a chill in the air, but nothing that Chaz could not survive. This situation supplied him with the perfect opportunity to use his powers to conjure the elements. A dust cloud swept all around Chaz as he steadily lowered onto the ledge of a large desert rock. Chaz could overlook most of his surroundings from this point as he settled in, observing his surroundings. Even the wildlife in the desert have proven to be dangerous. His main concern was the chilling night air. The desert's heat wave was enough to wear down the strongest warriors on the planet, the night air was an entirely different struggle. The cold blooded animals had to burrow deep below to survive, those left on the surface found the night air a challenge of the body. Chaz had the ability to use his mind to keep him comfortable. The element of fire was a dangerous one to tempt. Chaz lifted his little, egg white palm into the air before him.
Chaz Only a secure mind can be one fit for war. I have to master the elements... I have to use my most powerful weapon... My mind.
Perhaps soothing himself and remaining focused both mentally and verbally would keep him on track to mastering the elements with sheer concentration. His shivering arms didn't detract from his focus, as evident by the spark that ignited in the palm of his hand. Soon a flame began to gradually build before him, its soft radiant glow warm against him. The flame's glow stretched from the top of the cliff as Chaz began to feel the warmth that it provided. This wasn't mastery by any means, but it is good to see that Chaz is on the right path toward gaining control over some of the more unique ki techniques once more. The warm glow had lured a surprise visitor as Chaz instantly glanced down as his pale hand, or rather the scaly serpent that is gliding across his hand. Anyone would have been startled, but panicking always proved to be just as harmful as doing nothing in situations like these. Lacking any feeling of being threatened, Chaz's speed was again superior when compared to the serpent as he easily darts his hand around and grabs it behind the head.
Chaz You came for the warmth. You came, expecting to survive.
Lifting the serpent from the cold, dusty ground, it begin to twirl and wrap around Chaz's stubby arm. Chaz turns to serpent, glaring into its beady eyes as it continues to open its mouth, unhinging its jaws as it tries to escape the tight grasp. The fangs leaked, venom pouring back down into the snake's throat as Chaz continued to examine it due to his own curiosity. He couldn't ever remember handling a serpent such as this before. It wasn't nearly as frightening as some of the humans seemed to have made it.
Chaz You have been fooled. Betrayed by your own instincts, the one thing you that was meant to allow you to sustain life.
Chaz's grip around the serpent's neck tightens, he begins to twist wildly, bones cracking. Chaz wasn't very aware of the anomaly of which this creature was designed, so he slung his hand in the air, slinging downward as the serpent's head smacks against the rock cliff. A few more slams may have been overkill, but they certainly finished the job. The creature's body continued to twirl and flinch in the pale warrior's grasp as he continued to grab the head and forcefully remove it with his bare hands. The flame he had generated had been dead for a while, and the chilling air has taken over, but Chaz knew that he was atleast going to feel satisfied with something in his stomach for the night. After a time lapse, Chaz had been clenching tight to the extra cloth of his attire as a blanket. His hat tilted to the side to shield him from the desert sun, which didn't do much for him when the morning sun disturbed him from his sleep. Groaning as he slowly stirred to a fully awoken state, he rolled over to his feet. Patting himself off, dust trailing everywhere, he wrapped the extra cloth around him and fixed his lopsided hat. Before moving on, and continuing on his travels, he noticed the serpent's head which lied motionless now, the nerves finally dead. He reflected on the night, on how he was already gaining the knowledge and experience he needs to train heavily in the elemental and spiritual arts. At least he gained a meal last night, he glanced at the severed head once again.
Chaz I think I'll cook the meat next time.
Following his self noted statement, Chaz effortlessly lifts himself from the rocky cliff and takes only seconds to soar away, out of sight.

| Note - Since we last seen Chaz, he had a fight with an old friend... View the fight here ----> https://newhoap.rpg-board.net/t65-chaz-vs-artikImmediately after the Battle
A gentle breeze blew by as the wasteland grew more silent than it has in the past hour. There was no merciless rampage, no heroic save. It was a mere battle between two warriors who had crossed each other's paths, and only one prevailed. Chaz stood firm aside the motionless orange solar saiyan. Viewing Artik, Chaz continued to reflect on the battle, extremely pleased with his plan prevailing over blind strength. Strength wasn't the end all be all when it came to fighting, and that was a lesson that Artik was meant to learn the hard way. Perhaps Artik had the saiyan mindset after all, and that provided Chaz with an opening. Either way, Chaz was never to be underestimated by Artik again. The breeze continued to roll by, one wave after another as Artik's hair quivered in the wind. The short Saragon's stare was broken once Chaz finally chuckled to himself, walking away from the solar saiyan.
Chaz I could have killed you, today, Artik. Always remember that.
He froze in his tracks, his gaze meeting the shifting stand around his feet as he again finds himself thinking.
Chaz Thoughts If Artik were anyone else, perhaps I would have a reason to kill him... I don't think he's a threat to anyone that isn't a threat to him.
For the final time during this confrontation, Chaz glances back at Artik, face down in the dirt. He displays that signature grin of his, his eyes beaming from the enjoyment that flexing his power and cunning has given him.
Chaz Maybe it's you that should consider training under me... I'm sure we'll meet again some day after you wake up in a few hours.
With that final stinging moment of adding insult to injury, Chaz lifted his short body into the air. His ki had been better, but he would easily manage leaving this empty wasteland. His speed had not been affected at all during the battle, and he was still feeling sharp as he zipped away within an instant. Moving at a speed that would confuse some of the Earth's most skilled and decorated warriors.
Later, in Hercule City
The scenery had changed dramatically. The barren wasteland was no more, instead was fresh green grass and trees which are met with towering pearl white buildings. Many of these buildings were built several stories up, others seemed to be modest homes and residential areas. Chaz stood at the outskirts of the city, watching from afar. Carefully studying and watching the city in motion happened to be unsettling for Chaz.
Chaz Look at them. They're willing victims... I don't sense anything worth taking a second look at. This is pathetic. I'd be better off on my own...
As much as Chaz would like for that to explain his sudden distaste for this place and the people that inhabited it, it wasn't the power levels that got him so riled up. It was the happiness. These people were oblivious to the fact that they would fall to anyone a hair above the power level that Chaz had when the Universe was reset. They were mediocre... they were mediocre and happy with it. They fit together, all of the humans, they melted as one. Chaz never felt that with anyone. He fared better alone, relying on himself.
Chaz Thoughts Spending Zenni on a proper place to sleep would be quite a luxury. However, the cost of living within this city with these... people makes me sick.
On the fence with his decision, he finally caves in to his own desire to feel like the pampered king he once was. After overcoming the odds, he deserved a little special treatment. Hovering over the rolling hills, eventually approaching the city, Chaz stayed on alert for suspicious activity. This city had to have been infested with just as many thugs and lowlifes as West City was. On his way to the city, he saw an enormous billboard facing outwards that irked him. It was a large billboard featuring some fuzzy human male, he was rather muscular and seasoned. His jet black hair was reminiscent of a clown, and his handlebar mustache didn't help his image at all. He held two beefy fingers out, displaying a peace sign with a big smirk smacked on his face. To the right of this image, in bulky yellow font reads "Hercule City!" and underneath in smaller font reads "In memory of an ancient hero!".
Chaz ... Pathetic...
Entering the city without a hitch, Chaz eventually sought out where one of the best hotels in the entire city was. He examined it from the outside, it didn't look much different from any other building besides being larger. It had its very own custom design on the front, a capsule corporation logo as it read "Capsule Corporations Hotel". Chaz seemed to remember Capsule Corporation as one of the most dominating industries on the entire planet. The were the frontier explorers in advanced technology. It seems their name has spread to other business opportunities as well. Entering the building, Chaz immediately took notice of the refreshing air conditioning unit that kept the building cool. His feet pattered against the clean tiled floor as he wandered further, eventually finding the reception desk. This building was normal on the outside, but was entirely different on the inside. Security was tight, everything was luxurious. It was clean, and efficient. It was rather insulting when only the tip of his head could be seen from behind the desk, his hat barely visible. After no reaction even though he stood there for several seconds, he reached up, his pale pudgy hand slapping the bell several times in frustration.
Miles Yes, yes! Hold on for just a second!
A voice called from the back, leaving Chaz confused as he silently awaited to be served a room. Eventually, a sharply dressed man emerged from a doorway leading to the staff area of the hotel. His nose lifted into the air, this human reeked of typical snobbery. His eyes seemingly closed, as if the lights in the room were too intense for him to open his eyes fully. He was clean shaven to complete his high class appearance, he tugs at the cuffs of his shirt as he runs his hand along his already slicked back brown hair.
Miles Can I help y-...
Stretching his eyes open, the high class server seen no one in sight. He glanced back and forth, completely looking over Chaz as he examined the door and the hallway leading to the actual hotel rooms.
Miles This is not funny! I don't know who you are, but this is not funny!
Practically steaming at this point, Chaz delivered a death glare at the oblivious human whom was clueless about leaning over him.
Chaz Typical human!
Chaz bellowed, again relying on his ki to shoot himself up to eye-level. The server springs back from being startled by the short warrior, the locks of his hair becoming disheveled. He stares up from the sitting position he has fallen into, his jaw hanging as he tries to soak in the scene of this mini warrior floating over his desk with a white aura swirling around him. His arms flung up, trying to protect himself from the sheer force the pearl white aura has caused.
Chaz So blind. You didn't even see me! I should have headbutted your chin when you were leaning over me like a goof!
Earlier in his life, Chaz was very forgiving, very dismissive of human ignorance. He was humble before all beings. Once he had better aspirations, better connections, and completed leaps of faith, he started to find himself. He started to separate weak from strong. He was not accepted anywhere, and from there on, he accepts no one that is different than him. He didn't need allies. All of this was beginning to spill out on this perfect example of such an non-observant being. Just when things couldn't be any more irritating, something unexpected happened. From the corner of his eye, a shady individual dashed near Chaz. The figure happened to be a snotty teenager who grabbed the tip jar of the hotel as he madly made a bee line for the exit. Caught off guard, Chaz watched as the punk kid was feet away from escaping. The mere thought that such a little thief took advantage of the situation to serve his own selfish desires made Chaz even more angry.
Miles Hey! Come back with that, you snotty punk!
Chaz All of you are a disgrace... an absolute dis-grace!
With that, the pale fighter's eyes lit up as he slung his hand in the thief's direction, leaving the young thief colliding into the wall nearby. The tip jar drops from his grasp, the loose zenni bursting from the container and gliding to the ground all around the unconscious teenage punk. Chaz wasn't sure what made him wave his hand in such a manner, it was as if his instincts kicked in and his power reacted. Reflecting on the spur of action, the results reminded him of a technique he was all too familiar with.
Chaz ...Telekinesis...
Miles L-look...
Chaz's sharp gaze caused Miles to whimper even more, just now climbing to his feet as he begins to pat the wrinkles out of his clothes. He hesitated before speaking to the floating short stranger.
Miles M-maybe since you helped me, I can cut your cost of staying here for the night in half...
Chaz Half?
Chaz immediately echoed Miles' offer. The flame-like aura begins to settle down as Chaz slowly lowers to the floor, his frustration fading away behind that always mesmerizing grin of his as he gazes upon the cautious human.
Chaz Surely I can stay for free, human. I mean, after all, you've seen what I am capable of.
With no room for a real argument, Miles quickly came around to the offer, eventually nodding in agreement.
Miles S-sure. Okay, okay! My name is Miles... please... ask for me if you need anything...
That's more like it, it was the attitude that Chaz required if he were going to sleep in this nest of scum. His aura settled down, dieing completely as his feet were once again pitter-pattering against the tiled floor as he began to walk down through the hall. It seemed he didn't care about the actual room he was meant to have, he wasn't accustomed to doing anything like this. Miles quickly reached on the bored behind him, where a ton of keys were hanging on posts that represented the room they are used for.
Miles Sir! You're going to need this. Y-your room is 609
The scared receptionist tossed the keys with "609" engraved on them only to watch the short pale warrior's ki pick up again, only in moderation this time. As Chaz's ki rises, a white aura glows around the keys as well as the halt completely, drifting slowly toward Chaz's open hand. At least he was making use of his time in such a garbage infested place. Telekinesis will prove to be rather useful. He wasn't completely satisfied just yet, a couple hours practicing his re-gained ability is almost mandatory for Chaz, right now.
Aiming for these gains: PL Gain. (The flares of telekinesis were to foreshadow a technique post later on.) WC not counting the note above= 1880 WC

| The flares of telekinesis were at the front of Chaz's mind. He could feel that unique energy flowing through him, the momentary control over a technique that he desires. Sitting upon his heavenly bed, he swings his legs over as he hops over onto the floor. His hat on the night stand as he takes a gander toward the window and gaze upon the stars. It was the middle of the night. The darkness of the sky contrasted even more against the white walls of this capsule corporation hotel room. Wiping his eyes, Chaz's bare feet pattered against the floor as he begin to wander around his room, almost as if he were restless. He wanted the luxury of a comfortable sleep, but the event that led him to almost realizing a favorite technique of his was nagging at him. He had to perfect it, he had to gain some new moves if he were to stay ahead of the curve.
Time lapses forward as Chaz straps his flat cap to his head. He began to leave the cramped room, wasting no time in heading to a more open area. He reaches up, flicking the light off as he closes the door on a pitch black hotel room with the television light's soft glow stretching across the room. The frequent pitter-patters alerted Miles as he cowers behind the desk, hoping to avoid any confrontation with the feisty pale warrior. Chaz knew his location, but didn't offer him so much as a quip as he exited the hotel.
Chaz This is more like it... It doesn't seem like many people are out at this time of night.
Even if the city annoyed Chaz, he couldn't bash this city's reputation by calling it filthy. It was rather clean, despite having the qualities of being one of Earth's biggest cities. It was almost a shame that Chaz had to practice here, even if it is only a few blocks from where he was sleeping.
Chaz I'll need to do better than flinging a thieving kid around if I want to have telekinesis on my side during an actual battle.
A steel blue box caught his eye immediately. This metallic structure was about as tall as he was! He extended his arm, his focus shifting in this exact direction, a bead of sweat rolling from his brow as he grunts aloud. His fingers bend, almost as if he were desperately clasping at something before fully extending them again.
Chaz's Thoughts Oh come on, I've never experienced this much trouble with something so simple, before.
Slinging forward his entire arm gave him results, albeit more reckless than he intended, but it was enough to send the blue metal box soaring across the street and into a street light. A loud "CLASH" was met with flailing papers that glided to the pavement and grassy area. That was sure to cause a commotion, but Chaz was more concerned with perfecting this technique once again. Not phased in the least that he just destroyed the local newspaper providing machine, he now targeted a full trash can. It was the worst day for that tin can to be full as Chaz softly lifted it into the air. The trick he needed was to learn not only how to forcefully push at objects with his ki, but to also gently grab them using his energy.
Chaz Slowly... Softly...
The trash can hovered, gradually lifting higher into the night air. The momentary silence was broken in an instant.
Chaz Now!
The body of the trash can is invisibly slung away, soaring over a couple of dome shaped homes as Chaz watched, actually delighted as yet another loud crash happened from a distance this time. The lid had slid off before the take off as trash was scattered across the two or three blocks the large can was tossed over. Chaz didn't have too much respect for the city, or the people waking from the disturbing crashes.
Chaz Well. Just a few more practice shots, and I'll begin like my old telekinesis using self again.
The next hour would be anything than pleasant, a repetitive routine of slinging various objects around the city would keep Chaz entertained for the next couple of hours. His mental grasp on telekinesis becoming more efficient as the time strolled on. Only a couple of hours before dawn did Chaz decide to sneak back to the hotel for some sleep, leaving the police to patrol until morning for the culprit responsible for the mess. Aims for Gain: Telekinesis WC: 757
