"What does {Locked} mean?"
As you scroll through the races page you'll find some races have this "{Locked}" What this means is that no one may become this race unless approved by an admin.
"Why is the race I want locked?"
There are several reasons why your race may be locked. If it is a custom race then perhaps the creator locked it so only they can be that race. If the race is a normal one and it is locked it is most likely because too many people have been choosing that race and are unbalancing things on the site.
"I really want this race, man, is there anyway I can get it?"
If it is a custom race and locked you will have to ask the creator of that race for permission to use it. If you find that the creator has left the site then talk to an admin. If it is a normal race and locked you should ask an admin. You probably still wont get into the race, but it's worth a shot right?
