Req: Know Body Swap tech, 1,100 words, steal another's body, 3RP (old body)
Drawbacks: You lose your old body until you use the beam again and do the quest again.
Gains: You won't lose the body you're in currently.

make it more clearly stated, I don't really understand the point of this quest.

I don't understand the drawback and gains part, what would be the point in this quest?

You swap into someone else's body, before the quest. You like that body and want to stay in it indefinitely. So you do the quest. The drawback is you can't go back to your old body unless you use the tech again.
