Biography: Sirius' es father was a saiyan and his mother was a human. They, uh, did naughty stuff. Basically Sirius wasn't supposed to be born! Neither wanting to raise the accidental child, they sent him to a bad orphanage in Vegeta that was run by a human, in hopes that the next generation of saiyans would be more civil. There Sirius learned strict discipline and the fine arts. Until Maynin stole him, that is. They both prefer the word 'saved' though.
Personality: Sirius is a shy, quiet boy who is always polite and thinks before he acts. He's smart both streetwise and schoolwise, and is always eager to learn. He values his secrets and will only share them with people he's close to. Sirius is loyal and usally abandons his shy demeanor for a more optimistic, fun loving attitude when around the people he loves.
