Until say, Sunday, a topic will exist in the HBTC. It will not count towards your HBTC count, but will count towards your topic limit.

If you post in the HBTC outside of the topic, it WILL count. The limit ofpeople in the HBTC at once will not be in play for this topic.

You know what? It'll only count towards your topic limit if you can be in more than once. I.e., Maynin and Zero and such can join without having to exit anything.
