Frustration
You attack your opponent with blind fury, angry that you can't seem to land a hit.

Requirements: 1,000,000 PL; topic with Emily

Effects: Adds x2 to each of your attacks until you land one. (Stacks with other techs) This can only be activated if your opponent dodges or blocks one of your attacks. Twice per battle.
