Cyril summoned Herminos and giggled to himself.

Zero appeared,"sup, you look different?"

"I am different. I am weaker too." Cyril said casually. "I couldn't possible defeat you in my current state." he remarked jovially.

"hmm, oh, whatever, do you think I could get one of your wish's I just need the one wish."

"Nope, sorry. I need them both this go round." Cyril said, voice filled with regret. "But, perhaps I can provide in place of a dragon my young Changeling friend- what do you need?"

Makoto popped up. "So I heard my son also kick the changelings ass."

"shut up makoto, any way I need Zenni, maybe ten million." If its not to much of a hassle.

"Ten million? Geez, that's a bit heavy." Cyril muttered. "Do you actually need it for anything specific?"
Cyril laughed, "Did he? Wow, Zero, you gotta step up your game."

" all I can tell you is that its for a larger purpose."

Makoto pulled out his phone and checked space google. "Wait...so Riza owns te entire east galaxy now...hmmm."

"I believe I heard Artik mumble something about 'HHEEEEELLL NAW.' and then ran off to Glacian to challenge him." Cyril said lightly.
"You're not getting 10mil zenni for a 'larger purpose.'"

"How about 5 million, that's still enough for my larger purpose."

Makoto was resisting te urge to murder.

"Hmm, how about none until I get a clear answer?" Cyril didn't want Zero funding some sort of terrorist cell or some shit with his zenni.

Rick got bored and joined the part-ay. "Hey, guise."

Makoto looke at Rick. "Why?"

"alright look, I need the money for a plan, it isn't a terrorist organization or any sort of evil ploy, I just need the money for a few items in the shop that will allow me to fulfill a larger goal."

Herminos appeared in a boom of thunder. "WHAT IS YOUR WISH?"

"I wish to reach my next transformation." Cyril said.

Herminos broke the posting order using his dragon-powers because no one was posting and he was impatient. "Granted. Next wish?"

Makoto waved. " can I wish for Zero o turn into a human?"

"NOOOOOOOOOO, I just want 5 million Zenni."

"No," Cyril said to both parties. He stepped into his ship and did a few things before returning to the dragon. "Okay there, all set. I wish to reach the next transformation! Again!"

Makoto coughed "this is bullshit" cough
