Cyril landed a few blocks away from the abandoned house they were using to keep the pieces of clothing in. Cyril examined the glove. It didn’t look like anything special. He slipped it on. Cyril wasn’t sure if he felt more powerful or not. Oh well. Cyril took it back off and put it under his hat. Cyril’s way was suddenly blocked by a crowd of people listening to some guy talk in the middle of the street. Cyril looked around and saw several signs indicating he had just walked into some sort of self help seminar.
“YOU CAN DO EVERYTHING IF YOU PUT YOUR MIND DO IT!” the man was shouting. “IF YOU DON’T LIKE THE SITUATION YOUR IN THEN CHANGE IT!” Cyril crossed his arms and listened to the entire speech. He walked out feeling much better about himself! (Requirement for Transcendence met.)
