Pillars of Ki
A brilliant piece of ki manipulation that was recently perfected by Cyril. The user launches a super-condensed ball of ki into the air, and moments later pillars of ki smash into your opponents. All of them.

Requirements: 1,000,000 Ki; Cyril's training for this move.

Effects: This ki attack can be aimed at every single person in a topic. If there are only 2 or less targets then the damage is doubled.
