The Nova Roman Empire (of space, mainly consisting of Cosmic Saiyans and some normal Saiyans) has need of expanding its reach. You need coin, and they're providing transport. "Find" an unpopulated planet, name it, and head back to Cosmopolis (the capital of Nova Roma) and tell the general, Laetus the good news.

Find an unpopulated planet req: 500 words, 75,000PL
Make a planet unpopulated req: 300 words, 75,000PL

Gains: 50,000PL, 40,000Z
