Name of Tech: Shadow Blade
Physical description: The shadows form around your hand creating an ethereal blade, Instantly jump to your opponent through time and space and stab them. The damage to their body and soul weakens them temporarily.
Battle effect: Priority over IT, cannot be dodged or blocked. Uses Ki. Only does 1/4 damage of the ki put into it. Opponent must use two times stats to do anything until after they attack (they must attack for the effect to wear off) and then your next turn. ie. Cyril's attacks are half strength and must use two times the amount to dodge or block.
