Biography: Vince was born to a noble family in the Rava community. They were usually used as advisers to the head royal family. As a child Vince had little interest in the royal family. He did however take an interest in the princess of the Rava, Cheshire. She fascinated him. Soon her philosophy of peace instead of war was adopted into his own views. When his sister was born Vince decided to instill his ideals into her as well. When the Rava invaded Earth Vince's family was some of the Rava who rebelled and fought on Chechire's side. Vince followed his parents into battle even though he was so young, reducing him from the rank of noble, to soldier. To his horror he watched his parents get murdered by General Gato for being traitors. He then watched as two Saiyans took on Gato. One very large one and a strange one with orange skin. Watching them fight gave Vince a small bit of hope. After the battle Vince searched out the two saiyans. He eventually found the tall one who was named Makoto. After a lengthy conversation between the two Makoto decided to help out the children. He found a place where the two could live. Vince gained a respect for the Saiyan and the young Celia began to look at Makoto as a father figure. The two lived happily for 5 years, up until the start of the war against Cynric. Their home being in West City was destroyed in the battle. When the Rava army attacked once more Vince hid Celia and entered the battle once again. Vince felt two familiar energies in the dark tower. The two who had fought Gato were there. When the dark tower crumbled and the war was over Vince sought out Makoto once again. Finding him was easy enough. And after talking for a bit Makoto agreed to officially adopt the two Rava children. The two now live with their adoptive father on his island.
Personality: Vince is a level headed child who loves fighting for sport. Like Cheshire he believed full on war to be something that should not be done. He believes strongly in his morals and is almost impossible to sway from what he feels is right. Since having degraded to a soldier class Rava he has become slightly more angry. He calls Makoto dad more out of respect than familial attachment. Celia on the other hand is a different story. Celia is always happy, extremely trusting, and always willing to give people a second chance. Celia calls Makoto dad out of adoration and love. She seems unaware that Makoto isn't her father. Weather this is a coping mechanism or not is unknown
