Capture

Ryuga looked as the shadows poured out. "Riza shine your light." He said looking at the tendril.

As Riza raises his arm an he appeared from the darkness. Riza suddenly froze. The young hybrid began to shake.

Ryuga let out a blast of winter elements freezing the shadows that came at him. "Father, where are you?" He yelled out.

The blackness gave no answer. Instead it simply sent a bolt of lightning at Ryuga. Elucidia struggled with the tendril that held her. "The DNA is overpowering him!"

Ryuga drew his sword cutting the bolt in half. "Riza snap out of it!" He yelled out as he let out another blast at the ceiling letting the light in. "Riza amplify the light." He yelled.

Riza was petrified. He stood there shaking with a look of absolute terror on his face.

"Fine looks like ill just have to do it myself." Ryuga then created ice mirrors to amplify and concentrate the light onto the shadow that had taken control of his father.

Shadows leaped out and enveloped the mirrors, and then sealed the hole in the roof. The entrance that thy had come through was sealed as well.

"Dammit riza." He said as he readied his sword to both attack and defend. His cold aura resinating around him along with his ki.

Suddenly a dark figure was behind Ryuga. It brought a fist down towards Ryuga.

An icy fist came up from behind ryuga to block the fist.

The shadowy figure easily broke through the ice and continued its attack.

Multiple arms sprang up from around ryuga to block the attacks.

The shadowy figure smashed all the ice and burned away all the moisture in the air. Swinging at Ryuga.

Sadly for the shadow ryuga's energy had become infused with the ice. Ryuga charged up his ki, and the arms kept appearing, strong then the others because they were infused with ki.

The shadowy figure easily slipped past the arms and grabbed Ryuga.

Ryuga felt the shadow grab him, but because his body had been infused with the ice, he was slippery. There for he slipped right through his fingers. Ryuga. then let out another wintery blast from his back blowing a hole into the wall letting sun light in once more. He then retreated to the light wait for the shadow to try and attack him again.

The shadow closed up the hole and a voice rang out. "I've seen enough." The shadows retreated to reveal Makoto with a rather disapproving look on his face. Riza walked over to Makoto and Elucidia.

"What do you mean you've seen enough." Ryuga exclaimed at his father. "Was this some kind of sick test?" He asked with disbelief on his face.

Makoto sighed. "Yes, and it is a test that you failed miserably."

"What the fuck are you talking about?" He yelled. "What the hell are you even talking about!?" He said his dragon blood boiling. "What the hell was I suppose to do to pass this fucking test?"

Makoto stood there unfazed. "You were supposed to use your ally. But you are too caught up in your own power."

"My ally was to busy pissing himself! What was I suppose to do let you kill me? At the end of the day I have to do everything in my power to survive." He said lashing out once more. He then walked over to hole he had made. "Fuck this." He said jumping down from the hole to the ground.

Makoto blocked Ryuga from exiting. "Did you even try? Your ally has a power that could have quickly ended the battle. You should have tried to get him back." Makoto's eyes narrowed. "Is that how you view the world then? That your the only one important?"

"Im sorry thats how I was raised, or have you forgotten the ice queen bitch you let raise me?" He said lashing out once more. His anger over flowing from him. The temperatures in the room reaching sub zero. "Im sorry I can't ever do anything right in your eyes. Im not you, I don't think like you. I don't act like you, and every time I think I'm a step ahead I'm two steps fucking back. Is that what you want me to admit huh? That Im incapable of love? That its a concept I find meaningless, that when it comes down to it I only care if I survive. Well if thats what you wanted to hear you finally got to hear it." He said catching his breath, while the temperatures began to come back to normal.
