Requirements: 1,000 word post; 250,000 in either Ki, Stamina, or Speed.
Details: By doubling the stats put into your attack, your move cannot be dodged/blocked. It is unavoidable. Techs such as IT and After-Image that instantly dodge moves cannot dodge this move. Accuracy can be coupled with other techniques such as Spirit Ball and Assassin Strike. Ex:
Cyril launches a ki blast at Artik just because. [Ki Used: 500,000] Cyril smirks to himself, there is no way Artik can dodge this [Accuracy]
Ki: 3,000,000 - (500,000 x 2) = 2,000,000
Damage dealt is 500,000. Not 1,000,000.
