| Makoto pulled out a map. "See there is this tiny island here. It is only about 10 miles wide from end to end. A large part of it is volcanic so that leaves only about 3 miles that are inhabitable. And half of those 3 miles are covered in rubble that would have to be removed by hand....how ,much would it cost to buy?" | |
