An afternoon walk (Song)

The house was quiet, too quiet. Its times like these that make ryu very nervous. He lives in a house with his saiyan aunt, and his father lover, who just happens to be a siren. So when things in the house are quiet, something has to be up. No matter he thought to himself, Ryu was leaving anyway. Since his aunt had gotten him new clothes he had so variety in his wardrobe. He picked out a black t-shirt and, and tan shorts. As far as shoes go, he decided on black slip ons. Not that shoes really matter considering he could fly. He made his way to the front door of the house opening it and closing it behind him. "I wonder what song is doing today." He said to himself.

He began to walk through the meadow to get some fresh air.

Krageta was out near the beach training Ares, as Gaia was up in her room designing an outfit that she need to get done. Krageta was teaching ares how to use Ki blasts more efficiently with flying and hw to use them in battle like tricks.

Song flew over, flying through the meadows to visit Gaia but stopped when she saw Ryuga. she flew right into him and tackled him to the ground. "Hi Ryu-Ryu!!!" She laughed.

Ryu heard a female voice, coming from the air. He looked up and saw it was song. He smiled back at her and waved. He wondered why she wasn't stopping. He was shocked that she would dive into him. "Well hello to you to." He said with a laugh, he wrapped his arms around her and hugged her.

Song smiled looking up at him. She wore a black ruffled skirt and a fire red strapless shirt. she looked like she just came from a performance. Song giggled looking at him. "Nice to see you too Ryu-Ryu!" Song giggled, she got up and helped Ryuga up to his feet. "What are you doing?"

He appreciated her helping him up. "Well I was going to go for a walk, Ive cramped up in the house for days." He said brushing the dirt off of his pants. "You welcome to join me, if you'd like." He offered with a smile.

Song rubbed the back of her head. "Why not come visit me some time then. I live in a condo on my own. kinda been thinking of moving in with Cheshrie or Dimitri." Song giggled. She brushed the dirt off her skirt. She nodded her ehad to the offer and started walking.

He held his hand out to her as he was walking. "Why don't we stop by there, so I know where to go." He said looking up at the clouds. Watching the birds fly, and feeling the earths energy through the rustling of the trees.

Song didn't take his hand, but walked next to him. "Um you mean you can't find my ki signiture?" Song asked curiously. She looked at all the trees they looked so lively. Gaia was normally out tending to them she knew. "Wow Gaia does a really good job. Makes me worry a bit at times. Oh Ryuga...Krageta send pictures of us to everyone!!!" Her face went red.

Ryuga put his hand in his pocket. "Aw come on it couldn't be that bad, what did she take a pictures of?" He asked, he wondered what could be so bad about a few pictures. "And its not that I can't sense it I would like to see the place." He wondered what could have changed from a few days ago. Its like she didn't want him around there or something.

Song blinked and rubbed the back of her neck. "My dad saw them. Of when we were dancing. He wasn't happy. That he wasn't told first where I was. So I kinda got grounded...but he let me out today cause told him I was coming up to see Gaia." Song giggled, she rubbed the back of her head. her face was beat red.

"Yeah my dad saw them too, our conversation was a little different." Ryu's mind went back to the teasing and kissing faces he made at him for days. It got to the point where he didn't leave his room for a while. "Well tell your dad Im sorry, not that it will mean anything Im guessing." He said while rubbing the back of his head.

Makoto popped up. "By the way Krageta wanted me to give you these." Makoto pulled out a stack of photos and handed them to the two. He pulkled one back though. He showed them that it was the picture of Ryuga kissing Song. "I', keeping this one though. Going right on the fridge. Have fun kiddies." Makoto dissapeared

Song laughed and shook her head. "No he wasn't mad at that. more of the point that I didn't tell him that I wasn't at the stadium when it exploded, and that I was at Krageta's. He was pitching a fit." Song laughed, rubbing the back of her head. "He might have two other children, but he does care." Song paused when Makoto appeared. she blinked when she saw the photos. Her face went beat red. "If these hit the magazine..."

Ryu's face went red as well. "Why does my old man follow me everywhere." He said while kicking the ground. "Come on song, lets go somewhere far away from here." He said while floating up.

Song laughed as Makoto was as bad as her dad. "You dad is as bad as mine!" She laughed. Looking up, she watched him float. "Why?" She asked. she found that he was upset, she didn't want to go. Turning her head she looked at the sky hearing something. but shrugged it off.

"Im tired of not having a bit of privacy is all." He said landing again, his face was red from anger instead of embarrassment. He tried to calm himself down, He didn't want to make her leave because he couldn't control his anger.

Song looked up at him and stomped her foot. "I come here to have privacy. Being a popular singer, means that everyone follows you. No one follows me here cause they don't expeect me to fly off of my roof to get here." Song growled at him. She crossed her arms, giving a scoff as fire came out of her nose for a second. "Parents are supposed to be in your business. I don't mind it when my dad gets in mine alot. means that he actually cares. At least your dad is better than gaia's parents. Her family doesn't even remember her, or even went looking for her when she disappeared. I would rather have a dad like yours embarrassing me than having one that didn't care." Song said storming off the other direction.

Watching her walk off, he walked back to the house. Kicking rocks down the path. "Good job jack ass." He said under his breath opening the door to the house. He walked up the stairs and into his room where he laid on his bed and placed a pillow over his head.

Makoto walked into Ryuga's room and grabbed the pillow and took it off his head. "Get up Ryuga."

"And why should I." He said staring at the ceiling his hair in his face. Trying not to cry.

Song sat in the meadow sad that Ryuga would get mad just cause of that. but then again she knew sometimes her dragon in her would go a little out when she is mad. sitting there she watched as the flowers around her died from the heat. Holding a flower in her hand, she watched it weither away and die. She put her head on her lap and shed a tear.

Krageta had been watching. She let ares train near the house and then went inside. she went to Ryuga's room and opened the door. Seeing Makoto. "Ryuga. Outside down..." Krageta said.

Makoto grabbed his soon and pulled him upright. Makoto had a scowl on his face as he looked at his son. "Don't you dare cry Ryuga. Not one single tear." Makoto sighed and stood at the end of the bed with his arms crossed. "So, the girl gets mad and you come back to your room and hide?"

Krageta stood outside the door listening. She knew that sometimes saiyans had a soft side. She guessed she would have been hard on him. She went back out to train ares.

"Whats the point of trying to change the subject, she saw the legendary temper I got from you already." He said bitting his lip, and clinching his fists. His anger wasn't directed at his father, but at himself. "She doesn't scare me and Im not hiding either. I chose this, no scared me into coming back in here!." he exclaimed.

Makoto stared at his son with calculating, angry eyes. "You hid Ryuga. Your hiding from your problem."
