Around 350 AZ (After Z-Fighters), Majin Buu's descendents wished for their own planet. The evil and innocent Majin could not agree, so half the planet is paved with candy, and the western hemisphere is a dark cityscape. Quite recently Majins have become feral and have developed a love for both evil AND candy. Neither hemisphere wants these Majins so now they are being tossed between both hemispheres and have provoked something of a civil war on the planet.
