Requirements

Words: 1000
PL: Base PL must be at least 75,000.
Speed must be 25,000.

Uses

In-combat, you may use it twice a battle to instantly dodge an attack without using any speed.

Out of combat, this technique can be used to teleport to any planet in zhe same galaxy as you.
