Makoto stood on a rock with his arms held out in front of him. Makoto was completely motionless except for the slight rise and fall of his chest as he breathed in and out, keeping his breath in a steady rhythm. He slowly began to manipulate his ki into the shape of a ball. He pulled his hands back behind the side of his body. "Kame...hame..Ha!" Makoto threw his hands forward but only shot out a ball of ki. He sighed but began to get back into his rhythmic breathing. He began to think. Remember what Vegeta taught you. Visualize the beam. Makoto began to build up his ki once more. However this time he built his ki up to higher levels. He formed a glowing blue ball in his hands that began to expand and glow brighter. Makoto had a flashback to his training when he was young. "Dont overthink it Makoto...you can do this easily. Just focus on your beam...focus..." Makoto began to charge his ki even further as the ball of ki expanded and glowed even brighter, casting a blue shade across Makoto. He stepped back and closed his eyes as the ground began to crack beneath him. "Kame...hame...HA!!!" Makoto thrust his hands forward and out from them shot a bright blue beam of energy that hit the mountain he was facing and drilled a hole right through. Makoto stood there panting and then a grin slowly crept across his face.
